Shipping Policies
We ship to the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is free on orders above $45 and $4.99 on all orders below $45 in the contiguous United States.Ā Shipping costs for Hawaii, Alaska and Canada will be calculated during checkout.
Two-Day Express Shipping
Two-Day Express orders received by 12 noon ship the same day and will be delivered in two business days. Orders received after 12 noon ship out the next business day and will be delivered in two business days.
Two-Day Express Shipping Examples
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā If your order is received, for example, by 12 noon on a Monday, you can expect the package to be shipped that same day and delivered by Wednesday evening.

Two-Day Express Over the Weekend
If your order is received by 12 noon on a Friday, you can expect the package to be shipped the same day and delivered by Tuesday evening.
If your order is received after 12 noon on a Friday, you can expect the package to be shipped the next business day (Monday) and be delivered by Wednesday evening.

Weāll email you a shipping label, you mail your item back and weāll refund your purchase price and original shipping cost.Ā Returns and refunds limited to three cat houses per order. All items in a discount or Mix & Match bundle must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund. Individual items within a discounted bundle are notĀ eligible for refunds. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on orders from Canada.
How to Initiate a Return
- Use the Contact Us link below to initiate your return.
- Tell us your order number and the items you wish to return in the Contact Us form.
- Weāll email you within two business days a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip.
- Mail the items back in their original packaging with your receipt using the shipping label provided.
